Send Information Using Reliable Faxing Services

If you think faxing documents is a lost practice, you are not alone. The ease and prevalence of email has almost eliminated the need for letter writing and hard copy birthday cards, and greatly reduced our dependency on the U.S. Postal Service.

However, most businesses still need a certain amount of communication via fax. That’s because important documents often require signatures by interested parties with an accompanying fax trail for authenticity. Email faxing with Metrofax will allow you to send a fax directly to email and attach it to your outgoing message with the same ease as attaching a picture.

How efficient is email faxing?

Email faxing with Metrofax comes complete with a unique fax number which you can then use to send and receive transmissions. Like a standard fax machine, these transmissions generate a delivery report that will confirm your fax has been sent and received, protecting you from future liability with the document.

Indeed, documents and images are emailed to the server where they are formatted for transmission. The entire conversion to a fax legible document takes place without any extra effort by the user.

What are the benefits of email faxing?

Using a faxing service to send information provides a number of benefits to the sender. Email faxing allows you to generate lists from email submissions as a first step in qualifying a sales lead. In essence, your recipient list is generating itself from the people who want it the most. Email faxing programs will populate a cover page with the name, title and business or your potential business contact, and deliver a fax that looks professional.

How does email faxing save money?

In addition to saving costs related to administration, email faxing can help cut costs related to accounts receivable. Typically, orders are entered and processed manually by a bookkeeper and need a lot of time to properly catalogue. Add to this time spent filling envelopes as well as printing the paper and gathering required signatures.

Not to mention the cost of postage and days waiting for forms make their way through the mail system. Email faxing with Metrofax can generate your list from Outlook contacts and fax documents in just a few clicks.

Printer cartridges are not cheap either. Rather than printing every fax you receive, a faxing service allows you to organize your documents electronically and not in a filing cabinet. Faxed documents are compatible with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, as well as software programs like Goldmine and Maximizer.

There is simply no better way to stay organized with your faxes than with a faxing service.

Discovery Country Suites in Tagaytay for our 7th Anniversary

My husband and I will be celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary this coming January 29 and up to now we are still looking for a place where we can spend our anniversary.

Well it is difficult to plan especially since this is a last minute preparation so I am sure most resorts are fully booked already this weekend and second, we need to consider our kids too as we want to bring them with us if we will go out of town.

Deal Grocer has a nice promo actually for Discovery Country Suites in Tagaytay:

This is the Philippine’s first and most distinguished Luxury Bed and Breakfast in Tagaytay City and so I want to give this a try especially since it is on sale. I checked the site and I love the rustic log furniture, the view of the Taal Volcano from our room plus the royal treatment that they are giving to their guests with their country breakfast and wine and cheese buffet at sundown. The only problem is that they don’t have a swimming pool which my husband prefers as we know our kids will definitely enjoy it if there is a pool.

Oh well, let us see where our feet will take us this weekend.

Cyma

I have been reading raves about Cyma, a Greek restaurant from my friend and so I have long wanted to try them out. Their first restaurant is in Makati and I heard that there is always a long queue so I always get discouraged to try it out.

But we were early at Robinsons Place last Saturday after the class of Jacobo and when I saw that Cyma still has a lot of vacant tables, I asked hubby that we dine in there and give Cyma a try.

Hubby was up for it as he loves to explore Greek food too (and according to him, it will give us a feel of Greece, one of the cities listed in our Bucket List). This is what we ordered:

Spinach and Artichoke fondue for our appetizer

Spinach & Artichoke Fondue

Padakia for hubby which is lamb chops with rice (and it is really yummy)
Padakia: Cyma

Chicken Gyro with potatoes for me (this is like shawarma but yummier)

Chicken Gyro w/ Potatoes

Chicken pasta (I actually forgot the exact name of the dish) for the kids which they really love as well and they even ate the leftovers for dinner.
Chicken Something Pasta: Forgot the name. Hehe

Their serving is also big that we have a lot of leftovers for take out. It is a bit pricey though compared to the restaurants that we usually dine it, but once in a while it is nice to try out something new and be adventurous with food.

New Business: Photo Booth

My husband started with photography since 2005 when he first bought his camera so he can shoot for the Christening of our daughter. Since then he has covered tons of events from birthdays, weddings, corporate events and the like.

This sideline work can be tiring as events can last from a minimum of 4 hours to 10 hours or even more but my husband enjoys every shoot as he just loves what he is doing.

Now that the photo booth is becoming a craze in every event, my husband is thinking of starting his own photo booth business too. He said that he can easily do the setup and he just needs pieces of wood, Water Soluble Solder Paste, nails and paint to create the housing for the laptop and the camera and we can just easily print a tarp for the background. He also knows where to get the software for the photo booth so all that is left to be done is the execution of his plan and he will soon have a photo booth business of his own.

I am sure my husband will enjoy this new business as much as he enjoys covering events.

Addicted to Steve Jobs

Can you guess why my husband is so seriously looking in this picture?

Well he is so busy reading the e-book of Steve Jobs that I loaded on his iPhone (which is a hand me down from me). I am reading the book too and I always shared with him all the funny stories that I read from the book and so this is what got his curiosity. I know that he can only read up to 50 pages maximum as he easily gets bored so I was really surprised when he told me that he has finished quite number of chapters already.

I know that he likes Steve Jobs a lot and he looks after him as a very smart person filled with all sorts of innovative ideas so I guess this is what drive him to continue reading to get to know Steve more.

Looks like somebody will be getting a new stainless steel watch as it seems that I will be loosing the bet that we have entered between the two of us, as I was really confident at first that there is no way to make him finish the 3000++ pages of ebook.

But look at him now. I can’t even talk to him as he is deeply engrossed with the book.

Photo A Day Project: Photo 365

As I posted in a previous entry, I started with my Photo-a-Day project using the Project 365 Application. Now I am trying on a new application as recommended by my online friends Kaje, Mai and Trin, the paid version of Photo 365:

What I like about Photo 365 is it allows for uploading of multiple photos per day which is not possible for the Project 365 Application. This is particularly useful for individuals who take tons of pictures per day (like me) so they won’t be place in a dilemma on which picture to choose to be uploaded for their Photo-a-Day project.

Photo 365 also allows journaling per picture so it is like an online diary and a micro blogging tool as well. With this, it will be easier to remember how your year unfolds with the help of photos and the journal entry per picture.

Users of the application can also set an alarm to remind them that it is time to take pictures for their Photo-a-day entry.

I am already halfway done for January and I am glad that I did not miss any day so far.

Why I Love NY

US2011May09 131

steel building: this are just one of the things that fascinated me with New York. But if I were to ask for reasons on why I would love to go back, then this will be my list:

1. Central Park: Imagine a big park right in the middle of talk skyscrapers
IMG_9197

2. Statue of Liberty and Liberty Island: I enjoyed the ride going to Liberty Island as it is a whole different way of seeing the city. Of course, you wouldn’t want to miss the opportunity of seeing up-close, the landmark that New York is famous for.

3. Times Square: It is one of a kind too and we got really fascinated by the display of lights and how they all blended well to create a beautiful New York landmark.

4. Line of designer stores along the shopping district. I feast on the beautiful bags, clothes, and jewelries on display. I was already happy and contentented just by looking at them.

5. Woodbury Commons. This is absolute heaven for me. You can leave me here for weeks (provided I have all the money to dispense) so I can shop till I drop.

Factors to Consider When Looking for an Office Space for Lease

One of the biggest challenge startup businesses face is finding a decent office space where they can conduct their business. Unlike big corporations that have bigger budget and a lot of investors, small business has to find the right office space that will fit their budget while being able to perform its function in providing a space for the company where employees can work comfortably and where the company can receive clients.

Before diving into the task of finding an office space for lease for your company, businesses should take into consideration first the following factors to prevent any problems in the future:

1. Size: As a startup up company, you don’t need a large space for the conduct of your business. Consider the number of your employees in the company and the other additional space that you require like a working area, receiving area, cashier, and the like and find an office space that is just right for your need. You don’t have to rent a huge office space if you don’t have a need for it as you can easily look for a much bigger space if you expand in the future.
2. Budget. It is known fact that economy is really bad and so financial situations for businesses is really hard to predict. That is why it is important for businesses to set a budget that they can afford when finding an office space to rent as monthly rental can eat up a huge chunk of the company’s budget.
3. Location. This plays a key factor in the success of a business. Is the office space located in a busy area where there are a lot of prospective clients? Can the office be easily located?
4. Environment. Like location, the environment where the office space is located is also important as it helps create the image that you are trying to portray for your business. For example, if you are a retail store, you would want to find an office space in the fashion district so your clients will have an easy recall of your business and can help drive more potential clients.

By considering the factors listed above, start-up companies are already on its way in ensuring the success of their company.

Project 365

I have been hearing about Project 365 and Photo 365 from my online friends and I got really interested with it.

Project 365 and Photo 365 is an iPhone application, which will allow you to create and update your Project 365 album. You install the application in your phone and you can set reminders everyday to take a picture. The pictures then would then be uploaded and saved in your Project 365 album.

By doing this, you can easily look back and recall the highlights of each day of your whole year just by looking at the pictures. Cool isn’t it.

I started my own Project 365 album already and I completed my first week.

For Blog Filler po

Hope I will be able to religiously take pictures everyday and complete my 2012 Project 365 (I think this is doable especially since I have my iPhone with me all the time to take wonderful pictures. I hope.)

ProSourcePaper.com Review

Businesses such as restaurants and various stores consume a lot of paper every day. It may not be the usual A4, letter, or legal sized papers but they use up a lot of paper products nonetheless. Some of these paper products are thermal paper, bond receipt paper, carbonless rolls, price labels, and many more. ProSourcePaper.com is an online store where you can get all of these and more. Aside from these paper products, ProSourcePaper.com also offers crayons, box cutters, printer ribbons, trash can liners, printer cartridges, napkin bands, price guns, and atm paper.

One of the greatest advantages of getting these supplies from ProSourcePaper.com is their very competitive shipping rates which they claim to be the best anywhere online because they combine multiple orders from you by putting them in a single but larger box. For even bigger savings, you can order in bulk by contacting them directly. Paying through the site is also very convenient because they accept several payment methods. Once you have made your orders, you can track them directly from the website.

Aside from the wide selection of products and its seemingly good customer service, the website is sleek and very professional-looking. The overall look is a great mix of both a company website and a shopping website. The products are well laid out so that the pages are not cluttered and disorganized. Although the product descriptions are not very elaborate, all the basic information such as dimensions and weight are indicated.

ProSourcePaper.com is a toned-down and professional-looking online store – a breath of fresh air from other online stores that are littered with widgets, special offers, and ads.

Low Carb Snacks For My Diet

Holiday season is over and I bet everyone had a great time with their family and friends especially during Christmas and New Year. Personally, I was able to spend time with my relatives who I seldom see and of course, I was able to spend my short vacation with my kids and hubby.

Our clan celebrated Christmas and New Year at our place and we were all grateful for everyone was present. My aunt cooked so many foods from appetizers down to desserts and everyone's tummy is so full and satisfied. Actually, I forgot that I was just supposed to eat low carb snacks since I'm trying to lose weight but then, I just can't resist eating especially if I see all of my relatives enjoying every bit of their food.

Just after New Year 's Eve celebration, hubby celebrated his birthday as well. We decided to go to Tagaytay and dine at our favorite restaurant. I ordered low carb bread for starters but then in the end, I end up eating a lot since hubby ordered my favorite meals as well. And since we only visit that restaurant very seldom since it's far from our place and a bit pricey, I took the opportunity, given that I'll be back to my diet practices after that day.

Anyway, almost all celebrations were over but there's one more day that I'm looking forward to. On January 19, 2012, I'll be celebrating my birthday. I'm thinking of going out of town to relax, perhaps beach or some places that are seem quiet and peaceful. I'll try to lessen my food intake on that day as well and eat low carb bread and other non-fatty food instead. I just hope that hubby will not spoil me on my special day so I can resist any temptation that will ruin my diet.

I'm pretty excited with my birthday and I'm very happy with all the celebrations happened for the past few weeks because I was with my family and that's what matters to me most.

My Prince Charming

I was browsing some of my files and then suddenly, I saw my son’s pictures. The first photo was taken during his baptism and he was just around 9 months old and the second photo was taken just last December of 2011, and he is already one and a half year old.

I can’t help but smile and reminisce. It seems only yesterday that I was cuddling him, putting him to sleep, feeding him and holding him so gently. But time flies really fast and as I see him, he’s growing up as a very smart boy. In fact, he started talking when he was about to turn 1 and according to most of my friends, it is a bit advanced if you are going to consider his age. Though most of the times, he’s naughty, on the contrary, he is very sweet and he won’t stay away from me as long as I’m home.

If only I can just stay home to take care of him all the time, I’ll definitely do it but of course, I have to work in order to provide them a better future.

Decorating with Loans

If you cringe every time you walk into your living room, it's time to redecorate. Or if you just moved into a new (and empty) apartment, you'll need to make it feel like home. How can you relax to watch TV without a couch — or a TV?

Image by Asurroca, Courtesy of Flickr

Consolidate Payments

Creating a homey atmosphere is easy and exciting; it's the pile of bills that make it less fun. Buying a bunch of items on payment plans just means that you have lots of payments to remember each month.

If you have payments for your TV, your couch, your computer and lots of other stuff, it's bound to get a little out of hand. Not only will you have to go to each place to pay them, but your calendar will look like a mess.

Getting an installment loan gives you enough money to buy many of the things you need in your apartment all at once, but you only have to remember one payment. It's saves you money in the long run because there's only one interest rate to pay off too. If you aren't sure where to look in person, check for installment loans online. You can fill out the form and find out if you're approved fairly quickly.

It's Time to Decorate

Once you have the money, it's time to get creative! You could choose a modern design — crisp and colorful, with sleek and professional glass tables and polished metal bookshelves. Or, if you prefer something classic, opt for all wooden furniture, brass door handles and lots of pictures.

5 Modern Style Tips
1. Smooth textures and clean angles. Unlike other decorating styles, the modern look is clean and typically full of straight lines.
2. Furniture falls into two categories: solid colors and loud patterns. Whichever you choose, it's eye catching.
3. Glass and metal. Most modern style furniture combines the slick look of smooth glass and black metal.
4. Cool tones and mixed textures. Some modern styles include mixes of smooth leather and fuzzy plush rugs to keep things interesting.
5. If it would look good in a space ship, it will look good in your home. Modern styles love to combine futuristic looks with conventional use.

5 Classic Style Tips
1. Unlike the modern style, classic styles of decorating love curved and elaborate lines.
2. Furniture is rounded, plumply stuffed and textured.
3. Polished wood and embellishments. You'll notice that most classically styled decorating has buttons, studs and other small details to amplify their elegance.
4. Accents of warm toned metal. Brass and bronze are a beautiful combination with wood.
5. If you can find something like it in a renaissance movie, it's perfect!

Now that you know the basics, get ready to decorate. Installment loans make re-decorating hassle free and many places can still give you a loan even if your credit is bad. So what are you waiting for? Make your home just the way you like it.

If You are not Steve Jobs, then Your Company Definitely Needs Online Market Research

I am currently reading the book of the Autobiography of Steve Jobs written by the famous author, Walter Isaacson and I can't put the book down as I an intrigue by how colorful the life of Steve Jobs is.

Happiness Project

He has different ways of running Apple that he always clashes with senior staffs and the board of directors (which lead him to be ousted as chairman of the company that he formed).

One of the things that he always have arguments with was his lack of believe in prediction markets to conduct a study on what the market needs. He believes that the market does not know what they want and it is the job of Apple to create innovative products that people can find good use for.

But the market now is smart and they really know what they need and so it is important for companies to get professionals like Infosurv to conduct online market research for them so they can create products that the market will patronize and will thus help the company generate revenue.

Infosurv also does customer satisfaction survey to know how the market feels for the products and services that the company offers.

We can't deny the fact that Apple is one of the most successful companies now but in today’s world where customers are wise, it is always a good decision to employ the help of Infosurv to ensure the success of a company.
