Low Carb Snacks For My Diet

Holiday season is over and I bet everyone had a great time with their family and friends especially during Christmas and New Year. Personally, I was able to spend time with my relatives who I seldom see and of course, I was able to spend my short vacation with my kids and hubby.
Our clan celebrated Christmas and New Year at our place and we were all grateful for everyone was present. My aunt cooked so many foods from appetizers down to desserts and everyone's tummy is so full and satisfied. Actually, I forgot that I was just supposed to eat low carb snacks since I'm trying to lose weight but then, I just can't resist eating especially if I see all of my relatives enjoying every bit of their food.
Just after New Year 's Eve celebration, hubby celebrated his birthday as well. We decided to go to Tagaytay and dine at our favorite restaurant. I ordered low carb bread for starters but then in the end, I end up eating a lot since hubby ordered my favorite meals as well. And since we only visit that restaurant very seldom since it's far from our place and a bit pricey, I took the opportunity, given that I'll be back to my diet practices after that day.
Anyway, almost all celebrations were over but there's one more day that I'm looking forward to. On January 19, 2012, I'll be celebrating my birthday. I'm thinking of going out of town to relax, perhaps beach or some places that are seem quiet and peaceful. I'll try to lessen my food intake on that day as well and eat low carb bread and other non-fatty food instead. I just hope that hubby will not spoil me on my special day so I can resist any temptation that will ruin my diet.
I'm pretty excited with my birthday and I'm very happy with all the celebrations happened for the past few weeks because I was with my family and that's what matters to me most.
