Drooling for Barcelona Chair

Just last week, hubby and I attended my friend's house blessing. Their house was 4-story high and most of the areas are painted with black and white. The design is so modern such as their furniture such as their very attractive Barcelona Chair Reproduction. They husband was the one who made the design of their house and they just asked their interior designer to enhance the entire layout. This is the very reason why their house reflects the couples' personalities and it feels very relaxing to everyone's eyes.

They just actually moved in last month since they are originally based in California but both of them decided to live here instead as they are planning to have their own business here in the Metro. Both of them are considering taking short courses for their upcoming business and they are really excited for its outcome.

Anyway, during the house blessing, my friend gave me a tour in their house. It has 5 bedrooms and 1 maid's quarter. Their furniture is indeed extravagant and you can see that they exerted a lot of effort to invest. Most of their furniture were imported from other countries like the Barcelona Chair Reproduction and the others were specially designed for them by one of their friends as well.

It's just so nice to see that they were able to make up a plan like what they currently have. And because of this house blessing, I got some ideas for our house and good thing that my friend is very willing to help me. I told her that I might purchase a Barcelona Chair too but I'm going to ask my hubby about this first.

It was one fun night for all of us. We all wish that we can do more bonding time again and we all hope that everyone will be able to come.

Let it Snow

My friends in the US are dreading the winter as experts are saying that they will experience the worse winter come January to February.

They say that the weather is still manageable now but it is weird because they should be experiencing below zero temperature by this time but the temperature now is just like the weather during Fall season.

But to prepare for the worse that winter has to give them, some of my friends already purchased heated mattress pads to keep them warm during the cold winter months. What is best with this mattress is that it can be use all year long, even if they don’t need the heat and it can keep them warm and cozy during the dreaded winter months.

If I am in the US, I would probably be enjoying the snow since it is a new experience for someone who lives in a tropical country. But for my friends who have to endure snow and cold for several months, I am sure they all can’t wait for winter to be over.

Memorable Christmas 2011

We spent the morning of our Christmas Eve with the families and kids at Ulingan Village in Tondo, Manila. I will have to make a separate post about that as I also want to share the beautiful pictures that hubby took that day.

This post is all about Lola.

My good friend Peachy introduced me to Lola. She donated walker to lola after learning from Ma’am Melissa, one of the founders of Project PEARLS, that lola needs a walker as she is just using a make shift walker from branch of trees to go around Ulingan. Lola is already 82 years, just a few years younger than my lola. Peachy heed Ma’am Melissa call and she purchased a walker at Bambang as her Christmas gift for her.

When she delivered her gift to lola, lola told Peachy her wish and her wish is very simple: she just wanted to drink hot coffee every morning which is impossible since she does not have a thermos at their humble house.

So I went to Robinson’s Place last December 23 to go shopping for a thermos for Lola to grant her simple wish. Then I went to Puregold to buy some coffee packs for Lola.

It was a very humbling experience when we delivered our gift to Lola. She cried as soon as she saw our gift and she kept on thanking God.

I am glad that I was able to make her happy. Thank you Peachy, for making our Christmas memorable.

Gift-Giving Quandaries Solved: Go Gadget

Are you laboring over holiday giftlist-making? Drawing blanks, checking it twice (and twice again)? Perhaps you're dreading department store gridlock, tired inventory, jacked-up prices, and sneaky, surly salesmen? Well, enough of that stoneaged gibberish! Here's your streamlined gameplan, short, sweet and fail-safe: Think Technology. It's a digital world, after all, and we're just living in it.

Image by lumaxart, courtsesy of Flickr

Under technology's big, bold umbrella, find your listing and shopping quandaries readily and satisfyingly resolved — and best of all, both in one fell swoop.
As for "what" to gift, walk this win-win bottom line: Gifts of the techie-type are today's top standard in tokens of affection. For any occasion, for any someone, and truly on any budget, there's a newfangled computer fad, essential electronic gizmo, or niche digital doodad that fits the bill to a tee.

As for "where," well, the fact of online shopping is hardly news. Most definitely news, though, is the advent of a new kind of consumer retail website, like https://www.presta.com/, where the hottest new electronics are what's for sale — and treating you to unprecedented affordability, flexibility, transparency, and convenience is the priceless selling point.

So let the 21st century's all-around-you digital database help fill in the blanks you're drawing! It's replete with gift ideas of every gadget kind, spanning the sprawling tech-toy gamut, and geared to cater to your any given giftee and, friends, to you — your patience and pocketbook, to be exact.

heck out the choicy Apple iPad as one illuminating example:

Image by mynetx, courtesy of Flickr

Apple's next-generation line of laptops, iPads are thin, light, fully-loaded "tablet computers," marvels of design and purposed primarily as audio-visual media platforms. Topping wish lists of everyone and their mothers, they're also likely the single most coveted product on the gift market — electronic or otherwise. And predictably, as marketed in traditional channels, these beauties can be prohibitively costly, hiked prices enabled by demand and supply strategically leveraged.

As innovatively marketed by Presta.com, however, the iPad is a cost-effective, feasible gift selection, "white-hot top seller" status notwithstanding. Thanks to Presta's next-generation line of financing solutions, an otherwise inaccessibly elite product can be inclusively enjoyed. For that special someone, then, an iPad can be a worthwhile, radically stress-reduced, splurge.

Of course, iPads represent the more extravagant side of the spectrum, across which sits an array of lesser-to-non splurges that can be equally well-appreciated for reasons naught to do with nickels and dimes.

Consider a Kindle device for a voracious reader (and/or tree-saving advocate), a digital photo album for a personalized present with feeling, or even a funky USB flash drive for a geek-chic stocking-stuffer!

With such a digital age-friendly gifting-plan of attack, that age-old "tis better to give than receive" lip service might just finally click...

Dreaming of High End Furniture

I always find it very interesting to see furniture whenever I visit the mall or even when I spotted a website that caters high end furniture. Actually, there is a TV show that I really love and they feature various houses of random celebrities and other ordinary people. The owners will let the viewers see the areas in their houses and give an overview of how they came up with the design of their houses.

It's just so fun to look at the houses especially their high end furniture. It's very obvious that they invested a lot of money not only for the house itself but also for the things that you can see in each area. Actually, I really love to have those kinds of stuff that's why when we bought our new house, I told myself and hubby that I will start saving money so I can purchase even single designer furniture.

There was one episode that I saw just last week and they featured one of the famous celebrities house. Their pool is really magnificent and most parts of the house are made of glass. But what attracted me most was the mahogany dining chairs that look very classy in their entire dining area. When I actually saw this, I fell in love with it. The style is very classic and it seems that it fits the theme of my house. Nevertheless, I still don't have enough budget for this no matter how bad I want it but I know, someday, I'll be able to have my dream furniture in my dream house.

For now, I'm enjoying and appreciating what I have and I am very thankful for everything for as long as I have my family and friends with me, I couldn't ask for anything more. I just need to work hard in order for me to achieve whatever goals I have.

Looking Forward to Watch

My sister is very fond of watching different TV series. What I can remember for most of her favorites are Glee, Gossip Girl, Grey’s Anatomy, The Hills and The Vampire Diaries. She’s been trying to encourage me to watch these especially The Vampire Diaries because she knows that I am hooked with the Twilight Saga and this TV series is about vampires as well but actually, according to her, this is far better than Twilight because the story is somehow based on the real descriptions of vampires.

Anyway, there was one time that I saw her watching one of The Vampire Diaries’ episode and I saw how good looking the characters are so I thought that maybe I should give it a shot. But then again, I still can’t find time to watch since I have a lot of pending works to do and I currently don’t have a nanny that’s why I am very hand on with my 2 kids.

Well I really hope that I will be able to watch from the 1st season until the current one and I’ve heard that they are on the 3rd season already so I really have a lot of catching up to do.

Payday Loan Recipients: Stress Management During Emergencies

In times of economic recession or depression, a significant part of population falls in poverty or faces harsh financial conditions, including day to day hardships in paying rent, buying food and covering medical bills.
Image via CrunchBase

Many of these financial crisis victims often resort to payday loans to cover emergency needs such as food and rent expenses while they wait for their next paychecks.

Payday One
is one of the few loan providers which is nationally visible and provides its services online for needy people.

However, even when the loan recipients see some financial hope and temporary reprieve as a result of cash infusion from payday loans, they are extremely worried about their long term prospects.

They fear that their family might fall in disarray and if they have little kids with them and no job, this might lead to further stress and deterioration of health.

Stress and constant anxiety may be the two most destructive emotional states known to humans, and financial difficulties certainly exacerbate this emotional and mental decline.

Therefore, one of the most important and useful first steps should be to ask yourself how you can combat all this stress without going to an expensive therapist or counselor.

Image via Wikipedia

Therapists and counselors can charge exorbitant fees and might require or recommend more visits to make sure you feel less mentally exhausted and anxious.

However, paying the counselor himself might cause you anxiety so it is not a wise thing to seek professional counseling.

An alternative is finding out if there are free yoga classes held by volunteer or non-profit charity groups which can help you adjust to your reduced financial condition.

You may not even have a computer with an internet connection, but do not lose heart. Go to a local library and see if an employee is available to help you get online free-of-charge after signing up as a library patron.

Once you are logged into the library computer go online and type "free yoga classes" and the name of your city in one of the search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing or Go.

You should be able to find at least one such yoga group where you can go at least two or three times a week. If you already know yoga, it may be even better since you can share your thoughts about different positions and breathing techniques you have come across in the past.

According to many experts, yoga may be one of the most effective ways to combat stress. So join a yoga class today if you are in financial difficulty and are resorting to payday loans.

Cash or Credit Card?

Ever since my credit card was hacked, I am somehow threatened and traumatized. As much as possible, I'm trying not to use my credit card anymore and use cash instead. But since I always have my citibank credit cards with me all the time, I can't help but use it still at any time and places.

I have 2 citibank credit cards and I always carry it with me especially if I'm doing shopping because it's less hassle as well instead of bringing pile of cash. I often go shopping and I prefer to use credit card but sometimes, I choose to use cash so I won't bother to think of the bill to pay on the next for the next couple of months.

Sometimes, using my credit cards give me problems especially if there were transactions that I know I didn't make. And even if I'm eligible to file a dispute, it will take a very long time to be solved that's why at times I just end up paying it instead most specially if it's just a small amount.

I'm not sure though if I'm going to give up using my credit cards as well because it really is a big help. Like for instance, I can avail some promos for installment fees with 0% interest. In fact, I just recently bought a new phone and the network provider offers 1 year to pay promo with 0% interest. When I found out about this, I really didn't hesitate to buy anymore because it's cheaper compared to the regular prices at the mall.

Anyway, even if I have lots of charges with the best credit cards that I have, I always see to it that I pay in time so as to avoid late charges that will cost me more. I know I'm responsible enough when it comes to money management because I'm just trying to keep myself out of any debts. Good thing that I am able to organize my stuff including all the bills payment that I have to deal with.

Christmas Preps

My online workload was so full a week before Christmas. I really wanted to have a break so I can finally feel the holiday season but I have to work still since I am still short of my monthly quota.

My target was to finish all my task by December 22 so I have the evening of December 23 and December 24 to wrap all the gifts that I need to wrap. And I am really glad that I was able to finish a day before my target and so I was able to wrap our gifts and put gifts tags in time for our reunion on the 25th.

Imagine, it was only a few days before Christmas that I was able to put gift tags to those gifts that we were able to have them wrapped in SM, Toys R Us and Toy Kingdom. Good thing I was still able to remember the contents of each, otherwise I would have to open them and re-wrap them again.

New Look for 2012

Our office is planning for renovation by the year 2012 starts. I'm not sure though about the whole plan but what I know is that, they are going to repaint the walls and ceilings and they are going to replace some furniture and other office supplies just like the flammable storage cabinet, sofa and computer tables.

Actually, my boss visited my office room just to check if I have some request with regard to the renovations. But since my stuff are almost brand new, I didn't ask for anything except for an extra steel storage cabinets since I have so many files to keep and my other cabinet is not enough anymore.

And since my boss also noticed that my other co-workers need to have extra storage as well, he ordered more than 5 steel cabinets for us. My boss is really organized that's why he also wants us to arrange all of our things so that if visitors come in, the office look perfectly in order.

Well, I just do hope that this renovation will be done in a shorter period of time because sometimes, it disturbs people from working since they have to do the renovations the same as our office hours because if not, they won't be able to finish it as soon as possible. We have lots of things to do and lots of deadlines to meet and that's why we can't afford to have lesser time especially now that 2012 is coming.

I Love Fund Raising

I always wanted to join fund raising because that is one of the best ways to help a lot of people. Actually, hubby always invites me to join the green fundraising that his friend is telling him.

It's objective is to look for nature fundraiser to help in improving our mother nature. We all can see that most people nowadays are very irresponsible when it comes to taking care of our environment. And through this advocacy, hubby and I will be able to help in keeping the environment clean and we can also be a great model to everyone.

I would really love to join this fund raising that's why I told hubby that we should register as soon as possible. In addition, I also saw a fund raising event that will happen in January but this is different because this time, they are looking for fundraisers for schools, which definitely is a very great objective as well. Thousands or perhaps millions of schools out there need help in their facilities and school supplies and I want to contribute with their development.

It's been my tradition already to extend my help especially during Christmas season or the end of the year because this is my only way to share the blessings that I received. Indeed, seeing the people's smiles really melt my heart and I feel happy that I became a part of it by helping them and letting them know that there are many people who are very willing to give them what they deserve and I'm proud to be one of them.

Noche Buena Baskets for Sendong Victims

Typhoon Sendong hit Cagayan de Oro and Iligan City a week before Christmas. I do not watch the news so I did not actually know how badly they were hit so I was surprised to find out from Twitter how many have died and are still missing after the typhoon.

The Mindanao area rarely has typhoons so it was a surprise to everybody. What made the salutation worse was that the flashfloods happened late the evening when most people are already sleeping so they were caught off guard and unprepared so a lot have died, mostly elderly and children. The death toll rises to more than 1000 already and the numbers are continually increasing.

The office of my friend cooperated with Operation Tulong Bayan to raise funds to distribute Noche Buena baskets to the survivors and the victims. I sent out the information to my friends and I am so happy when I received donations and so even during the busy Christmas season when groceries are full, my husband and I went to Puregold to do grocery shopping not for ourselves, but for the Noche Buena basket that we will donate to Typhoon Sendong victims:

Grocery for Sendong Victims

Thanks Litzie and Aggie for your donations. I am sure in our own little way, the Noche Buena baskets were able to bring a little spark of hope, despite the tragedy to the victims.

iPhone Dilemma

My sister has been complaining with her iPhone because suddenly, the battery is easily drained even if she is not using it. Unlike before that it can last for at least 2 days. She doesn't know what happened because she's really careful with her phone and she always see to it that the battery is not overcharged so as not to cause any damage.

But then again, since last week, she noticed that the life span of her battery is shorter than the usual. Just right after she charged the battery, the percentage will be lessen in less than an hour and surprisingly, she is not using her phone that's why she's getting irritated and she's already planning to buy a new phone just because of that but I told her that she can buy from battery store.

My friend just told me that there are stores that offered discount batteries' that's why I told my sister that it will be best to buy from there so she doesn't have to buy the more expensive ones. It will cost her a lot if she's going to buy a new phone instead of new battery since her phone is still working well.

Probably by next week, she'll order a replacement for her battery but she'll just ask our uncle to buy one for her as he is going to buy motorcycle battery as well.

Sunday Family Dinner

Every Sunday, our family usually gather here at our place to have dinner altogether. It's actually just a new tradition in our family as we just started this last month and I'm just happy that we are able to maintain it and everyone reserves their Sundays all the time.

At times, my aunt is the one cooking our meals but sometimes, we buy food from our favorite restaurants and we do pot luck so we can have variety of food. But one thing that will not be forgotten is our favorite popcorn. I always buy boxes of popcorn because the very usual thing that we do after our dinner is to watch movies and everyone likes popcorn not only the kids but also the kids at heart.

And since we are always doing this, I asked my sister if we can buy popcorn maker as it is best to cook there instead in the microwave. Good thing that she agreed and we are going to share the expenses and we are planning to buy one as soon as possible.

I actually saw one on Epopcorn.com and it's way cheaper than what I found out in the mall so I'm planning to order there instead but I'm afraid that we won't be able to use it on Sunday because we have to wait until it will be shipped here in our country. I'm getting excited already and I bet the kids will love this.

I just hope that we can really maintain our Sunday family dinner because this is also our way to bond with each other. I am just so happy that even if most of us have our own families already, we still manage to spend quality time with each other. And I can really see the effort of everyone of us to drop by here at our house just to have our Sunday family dinner.

Reminiscing High School

I remember when I was in elementary, my teacher always asks me to join various competitions such as Quiz bees, pageants, essay writing contests and even with cheering competition. I am no dancer honestly and I didn't picture myself wearing cheerleading uniforms and being tossed in the air but I know that I can do it since most steps are exhibitions and I am somehow flexible enough to bend my body.

After the entire contest that I've been through, I eventually joined our school-cheering club. I started as a member and then I surprisingly became the team's cheerleader. I actually didn't expect that to happen, as I am not looking forward to be like that. So ever since then, I somehow became hands on with the team and I was always the one arranging all practices. I was also assigned for the design of our uniforms and of course, that includes the cheerleader costume. It was actually a bit hard to become a cheerleader because of the responsibilities and every time the team won't win in a certain competition, it hurts more in my part.

I suddenly missed being part of a cheering team. I miss the times that we stay up late at night just to polish the steps in preparation for the competition, the times that we share each winning moments and the tears we shed for every failure. I know that I won't be in my cheerleader costume anymore and so I wish that one day, Bela will follow my path and be one of the cheering team as well. I would be happy to see if that happened though I can see that she is really not into dancing but I'm not going to force her if she really doesn't like it.

Oh well, I probably should stop reminiscing now because I'm missing my high school life more and more.

2 Parties for 2012

I love parties and I love planning for parties especially if it is parties for my kids. That is why I try to organize parties for them every year.

Just look at some pictures taken during the 1st birthday party of my son Jacobo last June:

And here are some pictures of my daughter’s 6th birthday party last November:

For 2012, I will have to plan for another big party as B will be turning 7 years old and then I have to plan for Jacobo’s 2nd birthday as well.

As early as now, I have already started on my party planning preparations by coordinating with my all time favorite Party Planner, Jelly Bellies.

• For Jacobo, it will just be a small party for his 2nd birthday. I am thinking of having it in SM Story Land or rent a venue where I can invite some of our close friends and relatives and some kids from Ulingan as well. I am thinking of getting Yoyo Master for the entertainment for a change than the usual magic act and I will be giving out yoyojam.
• For B’s 7th birthday party, I have already booked the venue and we are now deciding which magician to book. We are choosing between Alakim, Lou Hilario and Ricci. The theme is something Rock star as I wanted to get Jives too and if budget permits, I want to set up lighted stage also. LOL.

These are some of the things that I am looking forward to for 2012.

Christmas Display Show in Greenhills

We were finally able to watch the Christmas Display show in Greenhills last week.

Finally able to see the Xmas Display @ Greenhills

Hubby was off from work early and so he picked Bela from school and went straight home to pick up me and Jacobo. Then we drive to Greenhills for some shopping and to let the kids watch the Christmas Display show.

It was a weekday but traffic is a bit bad since it is rush hour already but we were still able to make it before closing time to check out some of the stores in Shopsville. I was not able to find anything nice so we went to Shakey’s for dinner (as per B and Jacobo’s request because they want pizza and pasta).

After dinner we went to the night market, not to shop but to let the kids watch the Christmas display show and the kids enjoyed the show.

The Christmas display show runs every 30 minutes starting at 6 PM until 11:30 PM.

This is one of the Christmas traditions that I did with my parents when I was still little, where we always go to COD to watch the show and I am glad that we were able to repeat the same tradition with my kids.

NY Celebration

Aside from looking for a good roadside assistance plan, I would need to look for a place where we can stay out of town for New Year.

Every year, my whole clan goes out of town from December 31st to January 1 to celebrate New Year. We find Manila to be too polluted on New Year’s Eve that we wanted to get out of the city and just enjoy quality time with the whole family in a quiet and secluded place.

Just look at some of our pictures when we went out of town for New Year last 2009:

NY 2009HHL_9999_33HHL_9999_166

And 2010:
2010_12_31_9999_2192011_01_01_9999_3572010_12_31_9999_651

They wanted to stay in the place where we stayed last year but we haven’t checked if it is still free.

We initially wanted to just stay in Manila for New Year as they said that we should spend our first New Year at our new house but the whole clan wanted to go out of town, so majority means and we have no choice but to go with their plan. I hope though that we can still find a nice place to stay even if it is already a late booking.

Sprinkle a Happy Dust

Last Friday, I attended the party that my friend organized for the pediatric cancer patient of PGH. It was actually our section Christmas party but I decided to skip the party so I can spend time with the kids.

My friend does this annually but it was only this year that I was able to join her again as I am always not available or I can’t take a leave from work. So I got excited when I learned that the party is on a Friday, because this means that I can join the party after work.

It was raining the whole day and the party has to be moved to a different venue and so they have to make do with the small cramped space that they have. But despite all the obstacles, it was still a successful party as you can see the happiness in the kids’ faces during the party. They were entertained with a good magician, they enjoyed the good food and all the food carts, the side entertainment like the photo booth and face painting and the lots and lots of loots that they were able to bring home.

Photo Credit: Lensmates by Kent Vives

I was controlling my tears while I was helping in the distribution of the food. They are so young and yet they are already experiencing a lot. My hats off to their parents as I don’t know how can I be strong in a situation such as this.

It was a very humbling experience for me. I realized my worries are nothing compared to what these kids are going through.

Congrats Ate Annie for another successful party. You indeed made a lot of kids happy again and thanks for making me part of it.

Christmas Gift Ideas

Thanks to Artscow and my newly discovered store for personalized items tinyfootprints.multiply.com (recommended by my good friend Jody), I was able to get new ideas for Christmas gifts for my aunts and uncles instead of my usual gift like can opener, wall clock, gift certificate, etc. LOL.

Artscow offered a promo for their cosmetic bags so I was able to customized bags for my aunts, my moms, my sister-in-law and I even created one for me and B.

Cosmetic Bags. I ordered 13 na pala nito. Hehe. Ganda ng quality

Then I also ordered personalized notepads for my co-parents and B’s teachers where I designed it with their names and pictures.

Note Pad for the Teachers

As for my friends, I was able to order customizable notepads, pens and bag hook and it is already due for delivery on Friday and I can’t wait to see how the designs will turn out.

I am thankful for online shopping as I was able to shop for these gifts online. Now I only have a few names left on my list, which I hope to accomplish this Saturday.

Back Log

It is almost the end of 2011 and I still have tons of pictures to sort, upload and print. I am glad though that I was able to turn into photo books the pictures from B’s 2nd birthday to 5th birthday parties but still, I still have tons of pictures for printing (which reminds me that I need to buy laser ink cartridges so I can start printing the pictures as soon as I sort them out):

1. US Vacation 2010
2. Jacobo’s 1st Birthday Party
3. B’s 6th Birthday Party
4. Our 2010 Instagram pictures
5. Family Events and Get Together for 2010
6. B’s School Events for 2010
7. Jacobo’s Milestone from birth until 1 year old

I really hope that I can find time to start this project as I am sure we will accumulate more pictures (and more memories) for 2012 and I don’t want to add them to my long overdue backlog.

Back to Flickr

Yahoo my Photo Stream is back.

My Flickr account expired a few months ago but I was not able to renew it right away, as I don’t have the extra budget for the renewal fee. But since I use Flickr to backup my pictures and I like the fact that it retains the original resolution of the uploaded image (unlike Facebook and Webshots where it just uploads and store a low-resolution picture), I decided to renew my account last week.

I actually need to upload pictures from our Twitterafia Christmas Party and I have more than 200 pictures to upload so I really need to renew my account since the free account can only display the first 200 pictures.

And I have a lot of back log of pictures to upload like our US vacation last May, Jacobo’s 1st birthday party pictures and Bela’s 6th birthday party pictures so I really have to renew my account so I will have unlimited space for these pictures.

Now if only I will have the time to sit down and sort the pictures so I can start uploading them…

The Power of Voice

As a photo enthusiast, I can attest that pictures can really say a thousand words. That is why different social networking sites are gaining so much popularity as it is one way to share photos with your friends and family.

But as much as we enjoy looking at pictures, most of you will agree with me that it is more fulfilling to hear someone else’s voice instead as we can really feel the emotion upon hearing the voice of the person.

That is why TalkO’Clock, a new voice-based social discovery site is starting to get so much popularity. As what their founder and General Director Alex Kistenev have mentioned, “Alive relationship is filled with emotions which cannot be transferred via typed words.”

With TalkO’Clock, you can get to meet new people and call them for free by using TalkO’Clock’s service. Here are some of the services that TalkO’Clock offers:

• With TalkO’Clock ‘s social alarm service, members can set an alarm and any of the members will give you a wakeup call. Members can choose if they want to receive a call from a male or female member. You can then receive a call either from an old friend or soon to be new friends.
• Set special dates on your account so you can get greetings from people around the world on that special day.
• You can also use TalkO’Clock to set important reminders and real people, whether new or old friends, will be alerted by the system to make a call to you.
• If you want to end your day with a lullaby or a wish for a sweet dream, you can have someone call you to do this for you or better yet, you can call other members and do this good deed for them.

Check out their site so you can start enjoying these benefits from TalkO’Clock.
