I returned my Iphone to Globe a few days after buying it from them as my brother pointed out that the display is yellowish and so it is defective. My brother knows this because we have a cell phone store and every time we get a unit with yellowish display, we always return it to our supplier and our supplier will replace it.
After a month of staying with Globe (they sent it to Mac Center for diagnosis), I called them the other day to follow up on the status and I was informed that they did not find any problem with my phone and I can already pick it up.
My sister picked up the unit yesterday and when she checked on it, it has scratches at the back and they upgraded the OS to version 4 without even notifying me. I hate the fact that they did not take care of my unit and that they upgraded the OS because I don’t like the OS to be upgraded to version 4 since it is just a newly released OS and I heard that it still has a lot of problems.
I returned the unit again to them and thankfully the agent that I spoke to today was kind enough to offer that he will really work it out with Mac to have the unit replace but it may take 3-4 weeks for everything to be processed.
I hope that they will really be able to make a way to replace my unit as I really don’t like the yellowish display of my Iphone. I paid for the unit with my hard earned money so hopefully I will really get my money’s worth and they better be able to do something about my request because my phone has been with them for almost two months already.
