Planning for Our Summer Outing
Last Sunday, my family had a get together dinner at Hong Kong Restaurant in Dampa, Macapagal. Since it is summer already, the topic for discussion was our summer outing. The last time we went out of town was last New Year where we spent an overnight in Tagaytay. Everybody had fun – kids and adults alike as we had parlor games, non stop videoke, food overload and horse back riding before going home.
And so this summer, they asked me again to plan for our family’s summer outing. I have a few options in mind:
1. If they just want a day tour, then we can go to our favorite resort near our house in Bulacan – Villa Concepcion Wet and Wild Waves. What we love about this resort is it is not crowded and the place is huge and they even constructed an annex for the resort where there is wave pool and I heard they even have kayaks and fishing. We also love their hotel as the place is clean and well maintained and it can pass for a five star hotel because of their classic log furniture.
2. Our second option is to book an overnight stay so the kids can really enjoy the beach and the pool. I asked my cousin who has a contact in Pueblo Por La Playa – an exclusive, members only resort, to get a quotation for an overnight stay for our family. I reviewed the quotation and their price is even much cheaper compared to the resorts in Laiya, Batangas. I also checked the amenities of the resort and they have an infinity pool, beach volleyball, kayak and snorkeling plus other sports activities like jet ski. I am sure all of us will enjoy our stay here.
I just have to make a summary so I can present it to all my relatives and hopefully, our summer outing plans will push through.
