I miss....
I have been busy the past months that is why I miss:
• Eating at our favorite restaurant, Casa Roces. We used to eat here every week but since 2012 entered, we haven’t got the time to dine out. My husband and I will be hearing mass at St. Jude this Thursday so hopefully we can drop by Casa Roces for dinner after the mass as it is just near the church.
• Hearing the sound of barcode scanners and do some shopping for myself. I have been in a self-imposed shopping ban as budget is a bit tight. 2012 will be the same for us financially as last year as we have big projects again line up for this year plus we will be having a big party for B’s 7th birthday.
• Doing a quick out of town getaway in Tagaytay and Nuvali (hmm, maybe we can go to Tagaytay this weekend).
• Going to Ulingan to be a volunteer to their Saturday feeding program. I was able to join my friend Peachy during their Breakfast with Santa Project last December 24 and it was a very fulfilling feeling to be able to help in our small ways, the kids and the families in Ulingan. Since then, I haven’t gone back so hopefully I can join my friend and the other volunteers again one of these days.
