Send Information Using Reliable Faxing Services

If you think faxing documents is a lost practice, you are not alone. The ease and prevalence of email has almost eliminated the need for letter writing and hard copy birthday cards, and greatly reduced our dependency on the U.S. Postal Service.

However, most businesses still need a certain amount of communication via fax. That’s because important documents often require signatures by interested parties with an accompanying fax trail for authenticity. Email faxing with Metrofax will allow you to send a fax directly to email and attach it to your outgoing message with the same ease as attaching a picture.

How efficient is email faxing?

Email faxing with Metrofax comes complete with a unique fax number which you can then use to send and receive transmissions. Like a standard fax machine, these transmissions generate a delivery report that will confirm your fax has been sent and received, protecting you from future liability with the document.

Indeed, documents and images are emailed to the server where they are formatted for transmission. The entire conversion to a fax legible document takes place without any extra effort by the user.

What are the benefits of email faxing?

Using a faxing service to send information provides a number of benefits to the sender. Email faxing allows you to generate lists from email submissions as a first step in qualifying a sales lead. In essence, your recipient list is generating itself from the people who want it the most. Email faxing programs will populate a cover page with the name, title and business or your potential business contact, and deliver a fax that looks professional.

How does email faxing save money?

In addition to saving costs related to administration, email faxing can help cut costs related to accounts receivable. Typically, orders are entered and processed manually by a bookkeeper and need a lot of time to properly catalogue. Add to this time spent filling envelopes as well as printing the paper and gathering required signatures.

Not to mention the cost of postage and days waiting for forms make their way through the mail system. Email faxing with Metrofax can generate your list from Outlook contacts and fax documents in just a few clicks.

Printer cartridges are not cheap either. Rather than printing every fax you receive, a faxing service allows you to organize your documents electronically and not in a filing cabinet. Faxed documents are compatible with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, as well as software programs like Goldmine and Maximizer.

There is simply no better way to stay organized with your faxes than with a faxing service.

Discovery Country Suites in Tagaytay for our 7th Anniversary

My husband and I will be celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary this coming January 29 and up to now we are still looking for a place where we can spend our anniversary.

Well it is difficult to plan especially since this is a last minute preparation so I am sure most resorts are fully booked already this weekend and second, we need to consider our kids too as we want to bring them with us if we will go out of town.

Deal Grocer has a nice promo actually for Discovery Country Suites in Tagaytay:

This is the Philippine’s first and most distinguished Luxury Bed and Breakfast in Tagaytay City and so I want to give this a try especially since it is on sale. I checked the site and I love the rustic log furniture, the view of the Taal Volcano from our room plus the royal treatment that they are giving to their guests with their country breakfast and wine and cheese buffet at sundown. The only problem is that they don’t have a swimming pool which my husband prefers as we know our kids will definitely enjoy it if there is a pool.

Oh well, let us see where our feet will take us this weekend.

Cyma

I have been reading raves about Cyma, a Greek restaurant from my friend and so I have long wanted to try them out. Their first restaurant is in Makati and I heard that there is always a long queue so I always get discouraged to try it out.

But we were early at Robinsons Place last Saturday after the class of Jacobo and when I saw that Cyma still has a lot of vacant tables, I asked hubby that we dine in there and give Cyma a try.

Hubby was up for it as he loves to explore Greek food too (and according to him, it will give us a feel of Greece, one of the cities listed in our Bucket List). This is what we ordered:

Spinach and Artichoke fondue for our appetizer

Spinach & Artichoke Fondue

Padakia for hubby which is lamb chops with rice (and it is really yummy)
Padakia: Cyma

Chicken Gyro with potatoes for me (this is like shawarma but yummier)

Chicken Gyro w/ Potatoes

Chicken pasta (I actually forgot the exact name of the dish) for the kids which they really love as well and they even ate the leftovers for dinner.
Chicken Something Pasta: Forgot the name. Hehe

Their serving is also big that we have a lot of leftovers for take out. It is a bit pricey though compared to the restaurants that we usually dine it, but once in a while it is nice to try out something new and be adventurous with food.

New Business: Photo Booth

My husband started with photography since 2005 when he first bought his camera so he can shoot for the Christening of our daughter. Since then he has covered tons of events from birthdays, weddings, corporate events and the like.

This sideline work can be tiring as events can last from a minimum of 4 hours to 10 hours or even more but my husband enjoys every shoot as he just loves what he is doing.

Now that the photo booth is becoming a craze in every event, my husband is thinking of starting his own photo booth business too. He said that he can easily do the setup and he just needs pieces of wood, Water Soluble Solder Paste, nails and paint to create the housing for the laptop and the camera and we can just easily print a tarp for the background. He also knows where to get the software for the photo booth so all that is left to be done is the execution of his plan and he will soon have a photo booth business of his own.

I am sure my husband will enjoy this new business as much as he enjoys covering events.

Addicted to Steve Jobs

Can you guess why my husband is so seriously looking in this picture?

Well he is so busy reading the e-book of Steve Jobs that I loaded on his iPhone (which is a hand me down from me). I am reading the book too and I always shared with him all the funny stories that I read from the book and so this is what got his curiosity. I know that he can only read up to 50 pages maximum as he easily gets bored so I was really surprised when he told me that he has finished quite number of chapters already.

I know that he likes Steve Jobs a lot and he looks after him as a very smart person filled with all sorts of innovative ideas so I guess this is what drive him to continue reading to get to know Steve more.

Looks like somebody will be getting a new stainless steel watch as it seems that I will be loosing the bet that we have entered between the two of us, as I was really confident at first that there is no way to make him finish the 3000++ pages of ebook.

But look at him now. I can’t even talk to him as he is deeply engrossed with the book.
